Background Check Know-How
Spent conviction is commonly existing in criminal records for many countries. In general, spent convictions are usually not being disclosed and employers shall not be utilizing such information for hiring decisions. Some countries would have exemption and an enhanced criminal record check that includes spent convictions for specfici sensitive jobs only. It is one of the key information that hiring managers shall know if they are conducting any criminal record check for their new hires.
