There is a job candidate wondering whether the one-year job shall be excluded from the CV to avoid employers thinking that the job candidate is jumpy for jobs. Nowadays, many employers are conducting reference checks for previous jobs and would inquire for explanation for any employment gaps.
It will be a bigger problem for employers to find out that a job candidate is hiding something. Job candidates shall always take a transparent approach in handling such situation and be prepared to provide explanation for jobs that did not last for a long time. At the end of the day, employers in general are reasonable and they do want to hire honest and suitable job candidates to work for their organization for long-term.
