It was our honour to get invited to present our findings related to employment background check at The Italian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and Macau on July 4, 2019. There are often many myths related to background check in the Hong Kong business community. For instance, many people thought that background checks are expensive and often only being utilized by sizable companies. In this session, two of our division managers have shared our views on those common myths and how effective pre-employment screening programs could assist employers to significantly increase their ROI in hiring.
