There is a situation in which a leaving employee was wondering whether he should inform his colleagues that he has already quit the organization. Overall, our view is that this leaving employee may simply work out a plan with its supervisor that align with the organization’s practice and best interest. At the end of the day, different companies might have different concerns, practices, plans and policies. It’s always the best to play along the game and do the best favour to align with the organization’s practice. Additionally, the focus shall be to ensure all the handover work is done properly so the team will not be affected a lot after he left.
