Criminal Record Check

Criminal record check provides results of any matching records of criminal conviction for a Data Subject. Such information is often being collected via police record, court record or other publicly available datasets depending on the local privacy laws and job nature application. At the same time, it is common that not all records are available and can be sealed such as spent conviction and different circumstances according to the local laws or court practices. Criminal record itself or the disclosure practice, area coverage scope or years coverage might also be not complete in some countries due to the local data and privacy practice.
