The key comment contributed was that job candidate may start their career building way earlier than their graduation time. For instance, participating in longer-term internship and building up a portfolio of skillsets prior to graduation would be great ways to improve their own competitiveness in the job market.
It is always a good idea for young talent to learn about how things work in the real working environment and bring that back to their study to synergize their learning prior to graduation. Thus, when these young talents are graduating, they have already built up a portfolio of success stories contributed to their previous jobs which is often what their future employers are looking for.
